Noise that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited. No parties allowed. If we receive a complaint, you will be charged a 50,000 yen penalty and asked to leave without a refund. We don't allow anyone other than the number of people who applied to stay. We will charge an additional amount separately. Be sure to request permission even if it's for something like a friend coming over for dinner. Please let me know if you would like to leave your luggage before check-in.
