You will have the first floor of this apartment to yourselves. The Kagurazaka area in the center of Tokyo has a quiet and calm atmosphere with cobblestone paths, atmospheric cafes and long-established restaurants. Unlike the touristy areas of Shinjuku and Shibuya, this is a residential neighborhood where locals live, so you can feel at ease during your stay. The art on display is a Shinoazuri wallpaper depicting a Japanese crane, a symbol of good luck, longevity, and chastity. It will color your travel memories. We always keep things clean with a thorough cleaning by a reliable cleaning team. ■ Number of guests: 5 beds + 1 sofa bed, maximum 6 people (35㎡, 2 new air conditioners) ■ Access: 4-minute walk from Ushigome Kagurazaka Station on the Oedo Line • 10 minutes to Shinjuku • 20 minutes to Shibuya • Harajuku and Meiji Jingu 20 minutes • Tokyo Station: 15 minutes • Roppongi 15 minutes • Ginza and Asakusa: 25 minutes Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, there are many local restaurants, coffee shops, and small boutiques within walking distance. It is an ideal base for enjoying both local Tokyo and major tourist attractions. The space This listing allows you to book the entire Room 101 on the ground floor. There are no other rooms on the ground floor. Kagurazaka is known as one of Japan's leading gourmet areas, with many Michelin-starred restaurants. In particular, there are restaurants of various genres, such as Japanese and French, and you can enjoy unique dishes that are carefully crafted for each dish. It is also a historic land that still retains its name from the Edo period. Just a step away from the main street lined with gourmet restaurants and taverns, you can enjoy beautiful shrines and small alleys with an Edo-era atmosphere. Guest access This apartment has one room on the 1st floor and two rooms on the 2nd floor. The other rooms on the second floor are other listings, or places where I sometimes stay. Please be careful with each other when opening and closing doors and making noise. Other things to note Please be quiet from 9 pm to 9 am. It is a small apartment with other residents. Noise that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited. No parties allowed. If we receive a complaint, you will be charged a 50,000 yen penalty and asked to leave without a refund. We don't allow anyone other than the number of people who applied to stay. We will charge an additional amount separately. Be sure to request permission even if it's for something like a friend coming over for dinner. Please let me know if you would like to leave your luggage before check-in. If there are no guests before you, you can leave your luggage. According to★ Japanese law, foreigners are required to provide a copy of the passport of all guests. There are people who steal equipment. Please note that we will charge 50,000 yen for the loss or damage of household items. Advance application is required to accept service dogs. We will not provide refunds or discounts based on subjective judgments such as construction noise, noise from neighbors, smells, dirt, mold, etc. during your stay.
