Just south of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, the D680 winds from Autun to Le Creusot. South of Autun, at 'La Pissoire' is the exit to Saint Sernin du Bois and after three kilometers we stand in front of the high gate with columns. Another 100 meters to go and it seems as if we arrive at 'a small Gallic village'. We also rent out the gites individually, please see our other listings for more details. -Gite Aladiah 10 people (4 bedrooms) Upon entering, the nostalgia is immediately noticeable. This gite breathes history. The large kitchen, with wooden beams and unpainted walls, is a breath of fresh air for history lovers. The gite has been furnished in a vintage style with attention and an eye for detail. The sofas and chairs around the enormous wood-burning stove in the large living room look inviting. Tonight we'll throw a few logs in the stove. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need in terms of crockery and equipment (electric hob, combination microwave, Senseo, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher). The spiral staircase to the first floor is spacious, and when you reach the top your jaw drops. A space under the beams with three large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The bedroom at the front has two single beds. The bedroom in the middle also has two single beds, and the large bedroom at the rear has 2 single to double beds (1.40 wide). On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a bedroom with 2 single beds at the front near the front door. The spacious conservatory at the back of the house can serve as a communal dining area for 20 people. For group reservations for the entire domain, this house is ideal as a central meeting place. -Gite Omael 4 people (2 bedrooms) A cozy and cozy house with a view of the courtyard of the Domaine as well as the surroundings and the grassland. The gite has been furnished in a vintage style with attention and an eye for detail. The seating areas around the wood stove look inviting. Tonight we'll throw a few logs in the stove. Shower and toilet are located downstairs in one room. -Gite Elemiah 2 persons (1 bedroom) A spacious 2-person gite. The living room/kitchen has wooden walls, antique furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator. There is also a shower and toilet. The bedroom on the top floor of this gite is truly a romantic picture. The two single beds are located in a room that also has a bath on legs and columns with wash basins. There is also a cozy seating area with lounge chairs, a separate shower and toilet. -Gite Hahasiah 2 persons (1 bedroom) A cozy and charmingly furnished 2-person studio/gite under the beams, which you reach via a wooden staircase to the 1st floor. There are three rooms under the sloping roof with skylights; a sitting room, a kitchen/dining room and a bedroom/bathroom. The bathroom has a glass free-standing shower cabin, but also a bath on legs, from which you can look at the stars through the skylight. There is a double bed and the furnishings are functionally simple. There is an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, Senseo, kettle. The terrace can be reached via the shared entrance with gite Menadel. -Gite Menadel 2 persons (1 bedroom) Upon entering, the extremely bright space is striking due to the large windows overlooking the courtyard of the Domaine. The gite has been furnished in a vintage style with attention and an eye for detail. The kitchen is simple, but equipped with everything you need in terms of crockery and equipment (gas stove, microwave, Senseo, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher). The sink is an attention grabber; what a particularly beautiful specimen. The spiral staircase to the first floor is narrow, but when you reach the top your jaw drops.
