Ideally situated for visiting the potteries town of Stoke-on Trent, Trentham gardens, Alton towers, Chatsworth house and neighbouring towns of Bakewell, Buxton, Matlock etc The space Welcome to our stylish 1 bedroom apartment. This tastefully decorated apartment offers a cosy escape suitable for up to four people. The cosy living room features a comfortable L shaped sofa that can covert into a small sofa bed. The living room has a flat screen smart TV, along with radio and plush furnishings. There is a breakfast bar that seats 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals including a hob, oven, microwave and air fryer. If you fancy something chilled, there is a wine cooler. Also located in the kitchen is a full sized fridge/ freezer and a washer dryer for your laundry needs. The shower room consists of a walk in shower, toilet, sink, heated radiator/ towel rail . We have a combo boiler so showers are always consistent. This is a 1 bedroom apartment with bedroom offering a double bed with a luxury mattress, wardrobe chest of draws and good quality bedding. There I also a hairdryer provided. Other things to note This property has no private parking but you can usually park in the street. There is long stay parking which is relatively close. This is a self check in property and check in is from 3pm. Check out is at 11am. There is a zero- tolerance policy for smoking in the property so if we detect any evidence that this rule has been breached( eg smoke, smell, ash, butts) we reserve the right to withhold deposit. We will provide an area outside should guests want to smoke/ vape. Although we appreciate some level of noise we do not allow parties, large gatherings or outside guests. Noise will be monitored by neighbours who will report and disturbances. If we receive reports with sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to terminate your stay, without a refund.
