The Shed

The shed is a large, lined room in the backyard of our property at Commissariat Point. The room has a private modern bathroom with sauna and a basic kitchen with a toaster oven, microwave, coffee facilities and camp fridge. Triple bunk and queen bed. Smart TV, WiFi, reverse cycle air conditioning, and a wood fire/ bakers oven. It is located just behind our house, the entrance is screened. You will come into contact with our family and dog. There is direct beach access and plenty of parking. The space Located on the beach, with views to the Flinders and Baxter Ranges. Great location for fishing, crabbing and razor fishing (in season). Bring your boat and kayaks and explore the beautiful upper Spencer gulf. We operate entirely on rain water and we asked that guests respect the limited supply. Guest access Guests can access the lined room of the shed and bathroom and communal fire pit/ outdoor space. The shed is in close proximity to our house and we have three children, we will do our best to ensure your privacy but there will be some interaction. During your stay We will at the property and will available to assist you as required. Other things to note This is basic single room accomodation, behind our house. It would suit a couple or family travelling though, who want to be close to the water / fish/ crab or workers looking for a unique ‘out of town’ location. Kids very welcome, additional blow up bedding can be provided as requested, please contact host.
