Step into our meticulously designed home featuring spacious interiors adorned with elegant furnishings and tasteful decor. With ample natural light streaming in through large windows, every corner exudes warmth and comfort. The space House is convenient located to central Birmingham for pubs, clubs and restaurants. It's in walking distance to Edgbaston Stadium, which is very popular for cricket sports. Our house is also convenient for golf activities. Plenty of parking spaces. Spacious and plenty of spaces for big group. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, we don't rent individual rooms. Other things to note 1. We have surveillance camera in public area outside of the property, above the front door, that records when detects motion. This is for your protection to make sure you will have a peaceful and pleasant stay. Any attempt to block the camera is a violation of the house rules and you will be evicted. 2. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Please be mindful of your fellow travellers and keep it as quiet as possible when using the staircases. Please do not slam the doors. 3. We ask for a £200 security deposit and this may increase for reasons such as local bookings or new accounts without any reviews. The deposit will be released or returned within 3 working days after you check out, depending on the method you pay it. 4. Your booking is only valid for the number of guests on your confirmation. Additional guests are £25/person per night. We do not allow visitors. 5. Early check in and late check out are available for a fee, please get in touch.
