Enjoy the quiet charm of nature nestled by the mountains of Honeyville. The space A cozy simple cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We have an open concept floor-plan with a pool table for your enjoyment. Two rooms have a double (full) bed and one room (master) has a queen. Two full baths and one 1/2 bath (Jack and Jill) Comfortable beds and quiet location. Clean, charming, cozy, whimsical and cute. Good for meetings, retreats and stays after a good soak at the local hot springs. 4 minutes to Crystal Hot Springs 1 minute to park and pickleball 2 minutes to trails 15 minutes to Willard Bay 14 minutes to world famous Bear River bird refuge and nature preserve 10 minutes to restaurants 2 minutes to neighborhood store for snacks (Meemz and Pops) Guest access Please enter through keypad on garage door. We are building a new set of stairs for the other door. Please avoid this entrance and avoid the stairs outside. Other things to note We do have central heat and air. Our heater/AC makes humming noise out in the main area when running. There is an additional electrical space heater in a closet off the kitchen if additional heat is needed. We try our best to keep the place extremely clean. Please note that this may mean there will be different comforters on beds than in the picture. We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of the little details like the washing of the comforters.
