Bucolic reverie

This is an old, renovated, bright and spacious stonemason's house with a courtyard and plenty of space around it. Very quiet and relaxing place. House inhabited by our cat who comes to sleep 8 min drive: bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, grocery, doctors. Parc de l'Auxois (animal park, games) 40, Montréal 5, Avallon swimming pool spa 15, Vézelay 30, Château de Guédelon 1h, Noyer/Serein 25, Alesia 30, Semur-en-Auxois 30, Chablis 40, Fontenay Abbey, Morvan and its lakes 35 The space Free Wi-Fi throughout the house (fiber). On the ground floor: very well equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, living room (sofa, TV, fireplaces with stoves), shower, toilet. On the 1st floor: - large bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200). 1 large closet in the adjoining bathroom to store your things. - 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (80 x 190) and 1 baby crib. A changing table. - bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet accessible to both bedrooms. On the landing, a closet to store your things. On the second floor: - 1 double bed (140 x 190) Storage for your belongings. All bedrooms have curtains or blackout shades. Comfortable bedding. We have a little cat that you will see very little but who comes to eat and sleep in her basket. She has a cat flap, a kibble dispenser and lives mostly outside. The yard and grounds are not closed. Two tables will allow you to eat outside on each side of the house (south side and north side). The private above-ground pool of L4 xl 2 x H 1.25 will refresh you. A large swimming pool in Epoisses (July August), another with Spa in Avallon 15 min. A very large one with Spa and inflatable structures in summer in Montbard 35 min. the lakes: Pont, St-Agnan, Chaumeçon 30 min. Les Settons and Pannecière 1 hr. Tree climbing 10 minutes away. Vineyards: Chablis, Irancy, Coulanges-la-Vineuse, Beaune (between 30 minutes and 1 hour 15 minutes) And plenty of other sites or activities to discover. Guest access Access to unload suitcases on the street side or courtyard side. Cars can park in the driveway of the courtyard. Max 3 cars.
