Pet-friendly haven: Small dogs (up to 25 pounds) are welcome with a pet fee of $50 for the first dog and $25 for a second, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Sorry, we do not allow breeds that are dangerous or are known for their history of biting and we cannot be held liable if you agree to stay as a guest or allow a guest to visit. Dogs must be on leash while in front of the property. We cannot accept cats. Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare delicious meals and snacks in your private kitchen, stocked with essential appliances (Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, and utensils). Sparkling full bath: Refresh and recharge in a clean, well-kept bathroom designed for your comfort, with a large walk-in shower. If staying long term, please let us know if you'd like one of the housekeepers to come in weekly to change linens/towels, clean the bathroom, wipe down the kitchen, etc. Pricing depends on the amount of cleaning done - so reach out for pricing. Disclosure of Devices We have a few devices on the property to ensure guest and property safety. One security camera (on the front porch) and one security camera in the back that monitors only the exterior and records activity/sound. There are no cameras inside the house or pointing inside the house. Internet: The modem and WIFI extender are located in the living room. Please DO NOT UNPLUG them. Parking: Free parking is available on the private driveway. Please do not park on the front lawn. Dogs: If bringing a dog(s), the person who made the booking is responsible for cleaning up after them and for any damage they cause. There is a $50 fine for each "mess" not cleaned up and disposed of in the outdoor trash can ("poo" bags are provided for your convenience). The backyard has side fences, however, is open to the front driveway and along the back yard. The backyard is large - so there is plenty of room for them to run! Plumbing: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Wipes, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, and other items can cause plumbing issues.
