Garden Flat next to the beach

Thirlmere has been described by guests as having the wow factor, "loved the stylish interior", whilst maintaining a "home from home ambience". This Flat was the servants quarters for the main house which can be rented also. Garden Flat has access to both private courtyards. Guests are also welcome to use the Patio Tables and Chairs and enjoy alfresco dining. Guests can also spend time at our Beach Hut which is 5 minute walk from the house. The space Garden Flat – Lower Ground Floor - Bedroom has two 3ft Singles, these beds are the same height and can be pushed together to make a queen size double. Garden Flat – Lower Ground Floor - Lounge has standard 4ft 6in Sofa Bed. Garden Flat – Lower Ground Floor - Kitchen. Garden Flat – Lower Ground Floor - Small Shower Room with Toilet and Sink. Garden Flat – Lower Ground floor - Interconnecting Door to Main House. This will be locked for the duration of your stay. We do rely in the most part for our guests to tell us if there were any breakages or damage. Guest access Beach Hut is available on request if available. £10 per night or £50 per week. The Garden Flat can be accessed via an internal door that will be locked for the duration of your stay. If there are guests in the main house at the same time as yourselves you will experience some noise from the upstairs landing and stairs. The Bedroom and the Kitchen have been soundproofed. We do contact guests in the main house to inform them that there are guests in the Flat and to ensure that noise is kept to a minimum. Just be aware before booking. If you are concerned about noise that could spoil your stay, please book elsewhere. Other things to note We do not supply linen and towels as a rule – we can on occasions supply, We make a small charge of £25 as it is very labour intensive to launder bed linen and towels. Most of our guests supply their own linen, you would need to supply sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers, plus towels. We supply everything else. You would need to bring sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels only.
