Other things to note The house is on a flat block, allowing for on-site parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. Please do not park vehicles or trailers on grass for long periods of time, rotate if necessary to preserve the grass. There is one exterior security camera fitted. Front yard, driveway and front door. No other cameras are installed at the property. Queensland enjoys awesome weather all year round. So do flies. It is imperative that internal bins are emptied frequently to avoid maggots. Wheelie bins need to be put on the street every Tuesday night and the day of your departure (including the Tuesday night before you leave). Don't leave your rubbish for incoming guests. This has been a problem in the past and we now charge a $75 fee to outgoing guests who neglect to put the wheelie bins out for collection of your rubbish.
