Ideally located 15 minutes from the beaches of Merville Franceville, Cabourg and Ouistreham. Visit Normandy in peace, between sea, countryside and marsh. The space Bright and carefully decorated, our house is made to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We strive to prepare it for you with care. Linens provided and beds made upon arrival. PLEASE NOTE we do not provide towels. Possibility to park one vehicle in the courtyard and the others on the street in front of the house. Very quiet neighborhood, little traffic. Description: - Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed, dresser, TV with DVD player (no TV channels) - Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed, a wardrobe is at your disposal, coat rack - Bedroom 3: 80 x 160 cm child bed, children's toys - veranda: a 140 cm sofa bed, board games, books and children's toys. Please note there are no shutters in this room - living room: 1 Poltronesofa sofa bed for sleeping (suitable for 1 person), pellet stove, dining table for 6 people (possibility of 8 guests by putting the extension) - Fully equipped kitchen (condiments at your disposal) - bathroom (bathtub with shower) - separate toilet, washing machine Floor of the house in laminate flooring except bathroom and toilet. Please take care of it and pay attention to scratches as well as water on the floor. As you will no doubt see, this is our main residential accommodation. We put all our heart into offering you our accommodation in impeccable condition, so we would be grateful if you would pay attention to our belongings as when you stay with friends. Cleaning is to be done by you when you check out. Please remove your sheets, place your garbage in the different containers, and take your glass bottles to the sorting area located a few meters from the house. Great!
