Welcome to your home away from home, unique Monticello. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and many area attractions including Allerton Park, University of Illinois, plays, concerts and performances at the Virginia Theatre and Krannert Center. Or, you can simply relax in this peaceful retreat with the beauty of the countryside in the back yard while having a morning coffee on the screened-in porch. Your hosts live close by and are ready to welcome you! The space This property is located in a quiet residential area of Monticello. The condo has an open floor plan with three dedicated bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king sized bed with an attached master bathroom. The second bedroom contains a full sized oak canopy bed and is located next to the main bathroom. A third room could be used as an office and/or bedroom, containing a trundle day bed that sleeps two, plus a desk for a dedicated work area. Located centrally between Champaign/Urbana and Decatur, you will find this a perfect place to stay while being in close proximity to sporting events as well as live entertainment and great restaurants. Also a great retreat for a romantic weekend away. We are excited to welcome you to Monticello. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the entire condo, however, NO COMMERCIAL TRUCKS AND/ OR COMMERCIAL VANS ARE ALLOWED IN THE DRIVEWAY OR SUBDIVISION. There are no steps or stairs at all to enter the property nor inside the home. Each bathroom is equipped with handicapped access to the tub and shower. Doorways and hallways are wide enough to accommodate wheelchair access. Other things to note We have completely remodeled this property in August/September of 2023 and hope that our guests enjoy all of the updates. NOTE: The property does have a two-car attached garage which our guests will be allowed to use during their stay. However, NO COMMERCIAL TRUCKS AND/OR COMMERCIAL VANS ARE ALLOWED IN THE DRIVEWAY OR SUBDIVISION!
