It has an outdoor jacuzzi, a quincho, a fireplace, terraces and a large garden with games for children, ideal for sharing with the family. A comfortable, well-equipped house perfectly located to enjoy Puerto Varas and tour the surroundings with all the tranquility of the south. The space The house is designed so that everyone has their own space and comfort. On the first floor there is an en-suite room with a single bed, perfect for those who prefer to be close to the main access or need more independence. On the second floor is the spacious and bright master bedroom with a king-size bed; next to it, a bedroom with a double bed, another with a bunk bed, and a last room with a trundle bed, ideal for children or visitors. On this floor there are three bathrooms in total, one inside the suite and two additional ones, which makes the house very comfortable for groups and large families. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and its outdoor areas, including the Jacuzzi, barbecue, terraces, and garden with children's games. You can also enjoy private access to the condo's beach, ideal for relaxing or strolling along the lake shore. The house has parking inside the premises and a separate entrance. During the stay, I will be available by phone or message to answer any questions or needs. Other things to note This house was designed to enjoy the south calmly: days outdoors, family barbecues and relaxing evenings in the jacuzzi. The condo has private access to Lake Llanquihue and is located in a quiet and safe area, just minutes from downtown Puerto Varas. The surroundings are full of panoramic views: walks along the waterfront, visits to Frutillar, Ensenada or the Osorno volcano, kayaking and nearby hot springs.
