Welcome to Ocean Breeze! The space This modern beach condo is your airy oceanside getaway. Within Sapphire Beach Resort & Marina, its location is the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. The open design of this studio Suite provides sweeping views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea kissing the white sands of Sapphire Beach whether you’re waking up in the king-sized bed, pouring coffee in the kitchen, lounging on the couch, or sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves lap the shore! Consider an easy visit to St. John, and several British Virgin Islands that enhance the horizon. Slide open the balcony doors to create your own indoor/outdoor living space and bask in the panoramic view. Open the front door as well to take advantage of fresh easterly breezes passing through. The four-top table is a comfortable work or dining area, and premium cable channels are provided, as well as multiple streaming services available for personal login. Sleep well on the luxury Serta pillowtop mattress, cooled by ceiling fans, in addition to central air. You’ll enjoy the fully tiled shower, double sinks, and tiled floor of the bath. Our kitchen boasts white shaker cabinets, quartz countertop, stainless sink, faucet, refrigerator and built-in microwave, as well as an electric cooktop. A coffee maker, single K-cup brewer, toaster oven, blender, and traditional toaster are also provided. If you're traveling with a large party, we also own the condo directly next door, Tropical Tide, and will be glad to provide that listing for the option to stay close. Rent jet-skis, go parasailing, and try other watersports! Local bonus: boats returning to the marina at dusk may sell their fresh catch to you. The Laundry Room: is in the module to the left (north side) of the marina. Tokens for washer/dryer, and detergent, can be purchased 7:30am-3:00pm in the Dockmaster’s Office, next door in the same module. In our experience, tokens cost $4 each; cost is one token to wash and one token to dry. Washer takes 35 min, and dryer takes 45 min.
