Pool & Beach Haven-private pool, steps to beach!

Come enjoy this beautiful newly renovated home with large in ground pool steps from the beach & Lake Michigan. The space Large newly remodeled home - 3 bedrooms on first level (3 king beds), 2 bedrooms on finished basement level (1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, one twin) . Private patio and in ground pool. The house is only steps from Lake Michigan, the Indiana Dunes National Park and the beach! Please let me know if you’d like the in ground pool heated (the pool is usually open last week of May to end September/1st week of October and has a temperature range between 65-80 degrees depending on average daily temperatures, time of year and weather conditions for). There is a $59+ per day additional charge for pool heating- please request/ask about pool heating and pool heating season availability when reserving home. No pets. No parties/events No smoking No fireworks Guest access Entire home -Parking for 4 vehicles maximum (parked diagonally only as detailed in check in instructions). 10 guests maximum allowed at anytime in home/pool or on property- there is a $55 per person additional charge per day beyond 8 guests ( 10 max with written pre approval ) on property. The Indiana Dunes National Park surrounds the area - beach access is 100 steps from property. National Park access is 1 mile East and West for driving, biking and for the National Park west beach. Please let me know if you’d like the in ground pool heated above 70 during your stay - additional $59 per day to approximately 80 degrees (June-Sept). Pool is open last week of May to end of September but depends on weather conditions (please confirm if pool is open when booking dates- the pool may also be kept open and heated 1st week of October for additional $125 a day heating and maintenance charge / but is weather and pool being open dependent). .Coffee and tea are provided. There is a 80” Smart TV where you may log into your own streaming services. Please fill and wash dishes in dishwasher or by hand prior to check out. Use lighter to ignite burners on natural gas grill - If you use our gas grill, clean after each use and replace cover when cooled. Garbage pick up is Tuesday morning (guests must move bins to curb). Green can is recycling ♻️ only. No parties/no Events/ no pets. No under age drinking is allowed or tolerated. No guns /weapons are allowed on the property at anytime . No fireworks on property at anytime. No smoking/vaping in house or on property. No lifeguard at beach or pool. No more than 4 vehicles may be parked on the property (do not block garages) Not responsible for vehicles or valuables left in vehicles- always lock your vehicles!
