Modern studio near Prague castle -parking possible

The studio is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood of Břevnov, on the row houses street, next to the main street with good restaurants, services, parks and public transport with easy access to the city centre and main Prague monuments. - 10min by tram to the Prague castle (“Pražský hrad”) - 15min by tram + metro or walk to the Old town (“Staroměstská”) Quick access from the Airport Parking - 5min walk from studio If seeking for the nightlife, we recommend to book different district The space The studio is well equiped, you’ll find here all you need: - 180x200 bed - fold-out couch (140x188) - kitchen corner (with fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, cooker, microwave) - washing machine combined with dryer (newly added in Feb 2026) - WiFi TV - small bathroom (with toilet, shower, basic cosmetics, towels, hairdryer) - extra heater (in addition to the floor heating system) Self check-in available 24/7 The studio is one of the 4 flats in the row house. Other 3 appartments are occupied by us and our wider family. We share the main entrance door and the corridor stairs. Each appartment has it’s own independent entrance. Please note that there are 15 stairs up to reach the studio from the street level and 10 stairs down to reach the studio. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Access from the Prague Airport: * 35-40min by public transport (bus 191 + tram 22 or 25) * 15-30min by taxi (depending on traffic). Uber taxi service is preferred taxi provider at the airport. ---------------------------------------- Access from the Main Train station: * 30-35min by public transport (metro red line C + tram 25) * 20-35min by taxi (depending on traffic). We recommend Bolt or Uber ---------------------------------------- Public transport stops within 120-550m distance: * tram 22, 25 - stop "U Kaštanu" * bus 180 - stop "Břevnovská" * bus 191 - stop "Rozýnova" ---------------------------------------- You can use “PID Lítačka” smart phone application to search for public transport connections and buy the public transport tickets (or to pay for the parking). ---------------------------------------- PARKING Underground parking possibility nearby - 5min walk - "Slavníkova" street. 50,-EUR/1250,-CZK per stay (up to one week) for longer period price to be discussed. Possible temporary parking in front of the house to load off/on the luggage and pick up the parking remote control together with the map and instructions. Max. vehicle height - 2m Or Parking is available on our street for free during the weekend. During the weekdays - the street is reserved to residents (blue zone) and paid parking is limited to 3h, it is also possible to park on the main street “Bělohorská” where violet zone is applicable with up to 22h paid parking possibility. Blue zone 40 CZK/hour (max 3 hours) Violet zone 40 CZK/hour (max 22 hours) You can use “PID Lítačka” smart phone application to pay for the parking (or search for public transport connections and buy the public transport tickets). ---------------------------------------- Late night check-in or early morning check-out are possible as we have a self check-in/out procedure. Please try to respect the night quiet hours as much as possible and ideally let us know in advance if planning to arrive by night. We are obliged by Czech law to collect this data, as AirBnB is considered as a regular hotel facility in the Czech republic. Thank you for your help with filling the form. In case you prefer the classic paperwork, you can still fill this form "offline" once you arrive to the studio - you will find the printed version in the yellow folder on the table. If filled online, no need to do paperwork ;) In order to optimize the check-in and the check-out, kindly share your estimated arrival/departure time once you know your travel plan. It will help us to plan the cleaning effectively and eventually it might help you as well as the following guests in case you/them need earlier check-in or later check-out... Ideal scenario would be arriving after 15:00 and leaving before 11:00, but as we are pationate travellers as well - we understand that sometimes a small time adjustment can make a big comfort difference. If we know your timing in advance, we will try to do our best to make your trip easier.
