You will find: - A fully equipped separate kitchen: refrigerator, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine... - A bright and comfortable living room with a convertible sofa for two people and a dining table. - A bedroom with a double bed and a television with its en-suite bathroom with a shower. - 1 separate toilet for added comfort. - Cleverly integrated storage in each room allows you to organize your personal belongings efficiently and make the most of the available space. - We have also thought of your comfort by providing fresh sheets and quality towels, allowing you to travel light and fully enjoy your stay without worrying about these details. - Our apartment is equipped with high-speed internet to ensure a fast and reliable connection during your stay. Enjoy an elegant and functional pied-à-terre to explore the wonders of Paris in peace. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment to feel at home. Other things to note We ask you to provide us with the necessary documents: - 1 piece of identification - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or school) - 1 email address A contract will be sent to you by email, and a check-in and check-out inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure. --- FOR CHECK-INS Arrival during the WEEK - Check-in: between 3 pm and 6 pm An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss the key collection method. - Early check-in: between 10 am and 3 pm subject to availability. - Late check-in: between 7 pm and 11 pm, you will need to pick up the keys at our office. Arrival on WEEKENDS - Saturday or Sunday: between 3 pm and 11 pm The keys will be available for pick-up at our premises located near the Arc de Triomphe.
