Damages will be charged. 🏡 Housekeeping • When leaving the house, turn off lights and electronic appliances. • Make sure doors and windows are closed. • Use the air conditioner mindfully: turn it off when you leave and keep the windows closed when it is on. 🧹 Cleanliness • You will find the house clean and tidy. When you leave, we ask you to: • Wash the dishes; • Remove the garbage and dispose of it in the basket located in the service area corridor; • Fold or hang towels on the hooks available in the bedrooms and jacuzzi area; • Do not leave food in the refrigerator — dispose of it or take it with you at check-out. 🚭 General rules • No smoking inside the house (living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom). • Household objects must not be removed from inside the property — an inspection will be carried out. • Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed. • No parties or events allowed. • Respect quiet hours. 🐾 Pet Friendly with Rules We love hosting your pets! But be careful: • They are not allowed to climb or sleep on beds, sofas or chairs. • Pets are not allowed in the Jacuzzi. • Avoid using household items (towels, dishes, mattresses, etc.) for pets. • Bring your pet's utensils, clothes, towels, blankets, toys, and bed. • Collect feces and clean up urine. • Do not leave the pet alone in the property. • Be careful that it does not damage furniture or objects.
