Highland Studio Flat

The Highland Studio Flat is the perfect base for those seeking outdoor adventure in the Highlands. Located in the sleepy village of Tomatin, right on the edge of the Cairngorm National Park, we are in a great location to access both Inverness and Aviemore - and also further afield for day trips. Please note, Tomatin is a small and rural village with few amenities - there is a small shop and café in the village but the closest restaurant is located 7 miles away in Carrbridge. A car is essential. The space Guests will have their own space and parking at the property. The Highland Studio Flat is a small, self-contained bedsit with a small double bed (120cm x 190cm), en-suite and kitchenette that is equipped for light cooking duties (included in the kitchen area is a hob, convection oven and fridge). Access is via a staircase so unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair users. Please note, check-out is at 10am. Guest access Access is via a lockbox at the entrance. Full instructions will be given upon booking. Other things to note Heating is controlled through a pre-set timer outwith the flat, if you find the temperature to be too hot or too cold please get in touch and we can adjust it accordingly.
