Hectic & arty neighbourhood (Village Jourdain & Belleville) with plenty of typical French and Asian food restaurants, craft shops and concept stores. 7 min from Buttes Chaumon park / 1 min walk from Underground station Pyrénées (line 11 direct to Marais / Beaubourg in 10 minutes). The space Ideally located in the Belleville/Jourdain area, with nice views from its 5th storey gardened balcony, South-West oriented and hooked over the Melingue street, our 90 squared meter flat is spacious, luminous and nicely furbished in a mix of antique and modern styles.
