Bring your family to this stylish spacious self-catering 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment has 2 queen beds plus 2 single beds in the third bedroom. The unit is also equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, a comfortable 6 seater couch, a smart TV, uncapped WI-FI, and a garden balcony in a luxurious secured upmarket place in Waterfall. The space The complex features the following amenities: - Kids play area, - Tennis court, - Lifestyle centre, with games area, gym, pool - Restaurant Situated at the center of Midrand, we are perfectly close to malls, restaurants, as well as other entertainment venues! Guest access The entire unit is yours. We unfortunately are experiencing loadshedding (power cuts) in South Africa. These power cuts are scheduled and we advice our guests to plan their days around the loadshedding schedule. The length and schedule depends on the “stage” that Eskom is implementing loadshedding. Generally this will be for 2.5 hrs each day. Please note that when there is loadshedding, all appliances and lights will not be working. Other things to note Parking: We kindly request that you only park at the unit’s designated area (2 undercover parking spots). Extra cars should be parked at marked visitors parking spots only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing. Applicable fines/ towing fees (ZAR 500 per vehicle at the time of publishing this note) is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner/ driver. Quiet hours: 22h00 - 07h00 - Strictly. Disturbances to neighbors will not be tolerated, kindly refrain from making loud noise (i.e. noise that can be heard from outside your apartment) during the quiet hours. Failure to adhere to these rules will be subject to penalties of ZAR2,000. We kindly ask that you treat our apartment as you would your own to allow our next guest to also enjoy their stay the same. We would hate to process claims for damages! Strictly NO animals allowed.
