The property is located on the edge of a forest at the foot of Mount Auremiano. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room with the breakfast area, and the cellar. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 3 suites (2 under construction) all with private bathroom and balcony; an additional living room with kitchenette (under construction). In the suites and in one of the rooms, there is the possibility of adding an additional single bed or a bed for children. Guest access Guests can use the entire property. Outside there is a large garden that surrounds the house and borders a children's playground. During your stay If you have any questions, clarifications or advice, I am always available in person or by mobile. Other things to note The price does NOT include the accommodation taxes of €3.00 per person per day, to be paid upon arrival in CASH. Room cleaning is available upon request for a fee of €10.00 per cleaning. Bed linens and towels are provided by us. In the breakfast area, you can find a high chair for babies. We also have two cots for children from 0 to 4 years old, which can be placed in the suites or in one of the rooms.
