You will also have access to the common swimming pool within the gated society. Kindly note that society rules, timings, and guidelines must be followed while using the common pool. The property is located within a secure residential community, and guests can access all permitted common areas while ensuring compliance with society norms. Please note, the apartment is on the third floor and accessible only via stairs (no lift). Other things to note Whether you’re in Goa for a honeymoon, a friends’ getaway, or a family holiday, Da Alohas doesn’t just offer stays—we curate memorable experiences. Guests have access to optional concierge assistance for transfers, sightseeing, cruises, water sports, self-drive vehicles, and special experiences like candle-light dinners and beachside photoshoots. Violation of this rule will result in a ₹5,000 penalty imposed by the society management. However, you are welcome to enjoy your drinks inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only in the patio. 3️⃣ Hygiene & Sanitization: All Da Alohas properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every guest's arrival. 4️⃣ Parking: Roadside parking is available; however, it is subject to availability. 5️⃣ Housekeeping Services: Daily housekeeping/cleaning services are provided. Additionally, there are stairs leading to the pool area. 🔟 Late Check-Out Policy: Prior approval is required for late check-outs. We’ll be happy to accommodate requests based on availability. Uninformed or unauthorized late check-outs will incur a penalty of half-day rent. 1️⃣1️⃣ Swimming Pool Rules: 🕗 Timings: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM 👙 Swimming Costume: Mandatory for pool access. ⚠️ Non-compliance with pool rules will result in a ₹5,000 penalty imposed by society management. For security reasons, delivery personnel from Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, and other services are allowed only up to the main security gate. Guests are kindly requested to collect all food and package deliveries from the gate.
