Lush Lamma Room

Enjoy a break from the city and a peaceful side of Hong Kong, without losing any of the convenience. The shared apartment is 5 mins from the Lamma ferry pier and 15 mins walk to a secluded beach. The apartment is shared with one housemate who has her own ensuite room and one cat. You have your own private bedroom, office and bathroom. Perfect for single people who want to get away from the city, or writers who need a quiet space to write. The space The apartment is on the second floor and has its own covered rooftop accessible from indoor stairs. The rooftop has shade, hammocks, BBQ, a fan and everything you need to relax and watch the world go by. The room has a large single bed that fits two people. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room if you prefer more space. You have your own private office that faces the sunrise, so it's great for writers or people who work from home. Every room has air conditioning. You also have a private bathroom accessible from the living room. Bedding and towels are provided. You can use the toiletries on display but please don't use the stuff in the drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped, and even has a nespresso machine, instant pot, air fryer and thermomix. The dining room table expands to fit more people and we have extra foldable seating if needed. There's also a balcony that spans the entire length of the apartment, so lots of outdoor space and plants to enjoy. Main Street, with all the restaurants and shops is just downstairs, but the area around the house is quiet. Guest access The apartment is shared with one housemate who has her own ensuite room and one cat who hangs out in the living room and my housemate's room. You have your own private bedroom, office and bathroom. The living room, kitchen, balcony and rooftop are shared with my housemate. Depending on which day of the week you come or how long you stay, you are likely to have the place to yourself. You will have your own set of keys to come and go as you like. We ask that you be mindful to keep the doors closed behind you to not let the cat out. If you are allergic to cats, we can keep the cat in my housemate's room no problem. Please let us know in advance. During your stay My housemate will show you where everything is and you can message me if you have any questions. Other things to note Note this is a shared house so please book in advance to allow us time to arrange. Please ask my housemate before using any major kitchen equipment like the thermomix. Please be mindful to switch off AC, lights and close all doors before you leave. Please strip the bed and put the sheets and towels in the laundry basket before you leave.
