House in Saint-Émilion

Calm and serenity are assured for this house located in the middle of the prestigious vineyards of Saint-Émilion. The famous village, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only 3 km away and is full of wine shops, charming restaurants and café-bars. This fully air-conditioned house has a private garden with swimming pool. The city of Libourne, 5 km away, and Bordeaux, 30 minutes away, will make your stay an unforgettable one. The space I'm pleased to present my main residence, where we live with our 3 daughters. If you choose to stay there, I will do my best to make you feel good during your stay. My house consists of a kitchen with central island and stools, an American fridge-freezer with ice maker, oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, as well as all the dishes necessary for daily life. Our living room with a very comfortable corner sofa will allow you to watch TV. The dining room with table and chairs completes the living room of about 90 m2. A laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as ironing board and iron are also available. Separate toilet on the ground floor. Our Bedroom (1) on the ground floor includes a double bed (180). We have a bathroom, with bathtub and shower as well as a double sink. You'll love the separate private toilet in this master suite. Staircase leading to the half-landing: Bedroom (2), includes a double bed (180) and a bathroom with shower and sink. a separate toilet on the landing. 1st floor: Bedroom (3), includes a double bed (160) and bathroom with shower and sink. Bedroom (4), includes a double bed (160). A separate bathroom with shower and sink completes this level. OUTDOORS: Our private garden leads directly to the vineyards, and goes all around the house. The private 8 m x 4 m swimming pool with immersion beach, will allow you to cool off and spend good relaxing moments. Deckchairs and Chilean chairs will be at your disposal as well as bath sheets (fouta) A sunny terrace with sun loungers borders the pool and a more shaded part is on the front of the house. Table and chairs will allow you to have lunch outside. Private driveway and parking. Guest access The entire house is open to you except for the outbuildings, and office. These rooms will be locked.
