The master bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and a fully equipped en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, ideal for children or guests, offers two single beds and has access to a second bathroom located in the hallway. Guest access On the top floor of the building, you’ll find a beautiful shared solarium — a perfect spot to relax while taking in the stunning views of the sea and Altea’s charming Old Town. Just a 10-minute walk from the Plaza Mayor, surrounded by iconic white houses and cobblestone streets, you can explore every corner of Altea without needing a car. Located right next to the seafront promenade, the area offers a wide selection of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy a great variety of local cuisine. Plus, within 100 meters you’ll find shops, banks, and supermarkets to cover all your needs. A truly privileged location! Other things to note The underground parking space is number 8 and is located on floor -1, accessible by the elevator. Please note that there is limited space to maneuver, so I recommend being very careful when parking. The sun loungers and chairs you’ll find next to the solarium door are provided as a courtesy by the apartment community, so we kindly ask that you return them to their place after use. In accordance with the regulations in force in the Valencian Community, Decree Law 9/2024, all stays of more than 10 nights require the signing of a temporary rental contract at the time of arrival. In addition, a deposit must be paid. This will be returned in full at the end of the stay, provided that there is no damage to the property and that the house rules are complied with. This procedure is a legal and administrative requirement to ensure compliance with local regulations. It does not represent any change to the conditions previously agreed in your booking.
