Other things to note 🕒 Important Times and Details for Your Stay Notice about check-in time: We kindly ask you to let us know your expected arrival time at least 24-48 hours in advance. This will allow us to make the best arrangements to welcome you on time, show you around the apartment, and register your IDs without long waits. * **Checkout time:** The apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. *. This time is essential to allow our staff to thoroughly clean the 100 square meters of the house and prepare it perfectly for the next guests. 🚫 House Rules to Follow Registered guests: Only the people indicated in the reservation are allowed to enter and stay. It is not permitted to invite or allow unregistered outsiders to stay overnight. * **Documents upon arrival:** As per current Italian legislation, each guest (including children) must present a valid passport or identity card upon arrival.
