BRATENAHL STUDIO RM ON LUSH GROUNDS

This PRIVATE vintage studio room is a clean, cosy space in a great area and a terrific value with its own private entrance and large full bathroom. It is only a 7-10 min. drive to downtown Cleveland, University Circle and museums, CWRU, Cleveland Clinic main campus and University Hospitals. Bratenahl is also very safe and secure: although we are a village of only 1200 people, we maintain our own well trained & equipped police dept. that patrols only 1.6 sq miles of area. The space The space is a private studio room with an adjoining private full bathroom and its own private entrance. It is attached to a single family home - you will not have access to the rest of the home. The space is equipped with small appliances and utensils for cooking simple meals and in-room meal consumption (microwave, air fryer, quick boil hot water kettle and a single serve kuerig cup coffer maker). The room is separately air conditioned and baseboard heated with controls in the room. The space is also furnished with a unique custom modified food preparation "hutch" for convenient preparation of meals in the room as indicated above, a tempurpedic-style queen-sized bed with new nightstands and lamps, and a new drop leaf nook table with two saddle type seats. There is storage with a custom built-in shelved closet and drawers on two sides of the room and a cedar closet on a third side. The walls are paneled with 1" thick solid pine paneling and the floor is newly re-finished solid oak, partially carpeted with several bound rugs that cover most of the floor. The spacious private bathroom has a quality linoleum tile floor with several soft rubber backed bath rugs. The space is equipped with the following new appliances and features: 1) "Amazon Fire Stick enabled 32" flat screen HDTV streaming basic cable stations. 2) A self contained food preparation area consisting of a large custom modified "hutch" for private preparation of meals in the room, equipped with the above mentioned cooking accessories. 3) cedar lined closet with hangers and suitcase stand. Guest access Guests have access to the grounds and flower gardens. There is free off street parking a few feet from the room. During your stay The property is owner occupied and we will be present during guest stays to answer any questions you may have regarding the city. The rental space is a stand alone unit at one end of the house on the ground floor and our private living quarters are at the other end of the house on the second floor. The house is very quiet and peaceful and your privacy will be respected. We're confident you will enjoy the space. You are our valued guests and we will do everything we can to insure you have a pleasant stay! Other things to note 60 DAY MINIMUM STAY, MAXIMUM 90 DAY STAY (3 MONTHS). Maximum room occupancy is one adult. No pets are permitted and the entire property is smoke free.
