No pet. Washing machine usage $5 per wash ( located on deck upstairs) Guest access guest can access entire granny flat space, entry patio space (to guests only). Shared back yard, shared front yard. No kitchen, basic cooking facilities, microwave, air fryer, portable induction cooktop in the listing that guest can use for basic cooking. Cutlery and plates are in the cupboards. Laundry is located at backyard shed, $5/per washing. Please leave money in the bedside table top drawer. Sauna and Spa is extra cost, NOT included in room rate.
