Awesome location 5th wheel camper, all amenities. Perfect location to all Cheyenne's hot spots. Power is a direct connection as well as water. Sewer is self contained. Review the rules on this. A queen bed in the master with 2 bunk style queen beds in the rear. There is a pull out couch that is twin size. Max number of 4 guests. Furnished kitchen needs are provided to include fridge/freezer microwave and coffee maker. Fresh linens also provided. The space Location is on private property within the city of Cheyenne. See photos. On street parking is plentiful right in front of the RV. The location is extremely convenient with Maverick gas station, Albertsons grocery store, Uncle Charlies Bar, Coffee shops, Warren, AFB gate entrance, Mall and most important, Cheyenne Frontier Days fairground just minutes away. This rental has the following amenities. Concierge by Chris and Jill who want to insure your stay is as fun and enjoyable as possible. If you are not familiar with the area, we are here to help point you in the right direction. If you are looking for a party place, this is not it. RV will be fully set prior to arrival to include fresh linen for all the beds, bathroom and bunks. Basic kitchen utilities will also be provided. City water connection and options to dump tanks if needed without moving the RV. Also includes 50amp shore power. RV will last 3 to 4 days with normal use of 2-3 people without having to dump. Queen bed in master and separate bunkhouse with 2 queen beds as well as a twin size pull out couch. You can sleep 4 comfortable. Includes an outdoor kitchen. The RV will be connected to shore power and provide electricity as needed for appliances, AC etc. City water will be connected. Amenities include patio style set up with lawn chairs, cooler, propane fire pit. Also includes outdoor kitchen with sink, BBQ and grill. There is a small grassy area for pets. This set up is on a concrete pad next to our residence. Other things to note This is a stationary 5th wheel camper in great condition that is located off the side of our residence on a concrete pad. Plenty of parking directly in front. There is a small fenced in back yard for your use that is grassed as well as outdoor kitchen built into the 5th wheel and a roll in/out awning. If you are not familiar with 5th wheel accommodations, please inquire before booking. It is a great location and we are easy to work with, however there are some caveats to the use of it. One pet under 25 lbs allowed. See listing details. The unit has direct water connections for full water usage as well as electric connections for full power. The sewer is self contained and has a max limit of 3 days with normal usage. There is not a limit of water coming in, it is the storage of it going out. A family of 4 with short, 5 minute showers a day should be able to go 3 days of use. There are digital monitors that show current levels of the tanks. If a tank fills during your stay it can be drained. However it will take some coordination with you for me to handle while you are out of the unit. I only need access to the outside. Excessive use that result in the black tank overfilling will result in a $200 waste removal fee. I want you to enjoy where your are staying this is an area that will just need to be monitored by you for usage. If you have questions, please ask. This unit is in a great, safe location with easy access to Cheyenne Frontier Days, Frontier Mall, Downtown Cheyenne and I-25. Grey water which is your shower and kitchen sink is 80 gallons. Black water which is your toilet is 40 gallon tank.
