Living Area: Comfortable with a sofa, TV with TV box, dining table, air conditioning, ceiling fan and pool table for adults. Kitchenette: Well-equipped for light cooking with induction cooker, microwave, hot water kettle, fridge, and basic utensils provided. Bathroom: Essential amenities like shower gel, shampoo, heater, and bidet. Guest access 📌Guest Access: Biggest Swimming Pool in Melaka Children Water Park Gymnasium Children Playground Grand Waiting Area Grand Drop Off Lobby 24 Hours Security Free Parking (according to unit) Other things to note 🚫Durians, Smoking, Drug, or any other activities that are against the Law of Malaysia🚫 Guests should follow the Facility’s Rules & Regulations Set by the Building Management, guests are kindly requested to read before using the facilities. Lost or damaged parking devices, parking access card and accommodation access card, keys will attract a fee of RM100💸.
