Relax in this quiet and stylish place to stay. Small country house from 1870, about 60 m2, renovated. It is located on a property of more than 2 hectares. Lots of hiking opportunities, close to the Voie Verte (Paris - Le Mont St Michel), 5 min drive to shops. On sunny days, it will be nice to relax on the lawn or in the shade of the trees after enjoying a good barbecue. The space The accommodation includes a living room with an equipped kitchen and a dining room (open space). The living room also includes a wood-burning stove and is located on the ground floor. To access the bedroom and bathroom, you just have to go down 2 steps from the living room shown above. Please note that you have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom and the toilet. Finally, on the first floor, you will find the living room with an office space and 2 extra single beds. You have at your disposal a baby bed and a high chair for meals. Guest access You are staying in a detached house. Regarding the outdoor space (about 2 hectares) you have full access to it.
