Other things to note Propane refills for the BBQ are the guest's responsibility. Garbage pick-up is once per week. The schedule does change, so we will message you to let you know when to put the garbage out front. The garbage bins are located at the side of the house in the yard. We ask that you roll them to the front side of the driveway when we message you. Please note that our cleaning fee is low, and we would like to keep it low for our future guests; therefore, we kindly request that you be respectful guests and responsible pet owners. You are in a rural area with a sheep farm directly across the street and many other farms in the area. Therefore, we have all the critters that living in a rural farm area invites. We have bears, cougars, coyotes, hawks, eagles, rats, mice, birds, bees, farm cats, ducks, raccoons, squirrels, cranes, hummingbirds, bats and owls. I think we covered everything.
