Paolo&Silvia Host. Hosted like by "your aunt"

Hi! We are Paolo and Silvia, brother and sister. We are a computer scientist and a biologist and we rent our house for short periods. We are not professional hosts, but we try to welcome our guests as best we can. Staying with us is a bit like staying with "your aunt" The flat is simple and has a family atmosphere, but it is perfectly equipped and offers everything you need. We take particular care with cleanliness and you will certainly find it impeccable. The space The house has a large kitchen where you will find everything you need, a large air-conditioned living room with two sofas for reading and relaxing and a large dining table. There are two bathrooms: one complete with a bathtub and the other with a shower, without a bidet, in which you will find a washing machine. Two large, soundproofed double rooms will be ready to welcome you, in both of which it is possible to have the beds divided or joined into a double. An additional baby bed is available on request. We will provide you with all the necessary household linen. IMPORTANT: when booking, please let us know how you would like the beds arranged. Smoking is not allowed in the house but there are two balconies with tables where you can do so, as well as enjoy the communal garden. We love plants, so you will find aromatic herbs for cooking at your disposal. Guest access We normally do check-ins in person, but alternatively, you can always check in and check out independently using an external box. IMPORTANT: The day before your arrival, we will contact you to give you all the information you need to access the property. If we are unable to welcome you in person, once you have sent us a copy of your documents, we will give you the key code and instructions for entering the property. Check-in is 24 hours a day. The house is all at your disposal and is located on the ground floor. It is not set up to accommodate people with mobility problems, but you only have to climb three very wide entrance steps to enter. Although the apartment has no facilities for the disabled, it is large enough to allow the use of a wheelchair.
