Other things to note -There is a new brand Padel Club called GARANA 2 minutes walking from the house, there you can find so many options for different sports and have a great place for coffes and cakes called Lumiere Crepes. Follow their IG pages with same name for more information. -The whole house is available for rent for just 2 people if you are looking for luxury and maximum comfort. (The other rooms will be blocked). -The house could accommodate up to 8 people across 4 different rooms with private toilet each. The first price from the page is for just 2 people in a room, but we have rates available for bigger groups (3,4,5,6,7,8 people) as soon as you add them to the reservation and amount of rooms to use (rooms that are left or not used will be closed) If you have any question please talk to us before your reservation for checking the final price if you are a bigger group. -Check out our IG page: terrazasmeridalodge for more videos and a complete guide of what to do in Merida. -Electricity generator system with litio batteries with capacity of max 8 hours (depending of the use) for the whole house in case of an electricity outage for all electrical equipment of 110 volts. -24-hour water supply, with additional water tanks in the house complex. -Parking place for up to 3 cars. -Cleaning service not provided during rental; guests are responsible for cleanliness. On top of that a cleaning fee required upon reservation of 25$ (included in the price paid by Airbnb). - Check in is in person, so we will greet you personally. But is important to mention that prior the check in we will contact you asking Names and last names of all guest plus ID or passport numbers for registration purposes. -Please note this is a residencial area for instance is not allow to do parties, put loud music, or walk around the building area of the other flats without autorización. Please respect the quiet hours and be mindful of the other residents with your kids. Please we kindly ask you to read all house rules in the section destinated for that to understand and be sure what you can or cannot do during your stay. -Por favor mantener en todo momento las ventanas cerradas, no deben ser abiertas porque la humedad entra a la casa y daña los techos, muebles y paredes. The plumbing in Venezuela is not equipped to handle these materials and can easily become clogged. We kindly ask that you use the provided waste bin for these items.
