Two-room granny flat A small family will find enough space in about 50 m². The property is only partially suitable for 5 adults. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom, with space for at least 3 adults, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a small hallway and the living room. In the living room there is the possibility to make the sofa into a sofa bed. There is a smart TV, a soundbar with Bluetooth and of course Wi-Fi everywhere. Linens and towels are provided for guests staying more than one night. The approx. 1100 m² garden can be used. In the garden, there is a sun-protected seating area with a fire pit, two deck chairs and a porch swing, a "discreet" play tower with slide, a climbing wall, a 2 x 2 m covered sandbox, two swings and a 4.50 m trampoline. The 2 x 2 m sauna can be used at a fee of €6/day. There is a small soccer goal, balls and countless play equipment for all ages. There is also a pizza oven and a grill in the garden. No smoking cigarettes or "herbs" inside the apartment, outside of course it is no problem. If you have any special requests or questions, do not hesitate to contact us personally. Unfortunately, bringing dogs and cats is not permitted, as there are also people with animal hair allergies and unfortunately you will never completely eliminate the hair.
