The approx. 91 m², fully modernised 3-room apartment is stylishly furnished throughout and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. LIVING & DINING AREA From the entrance hall you walk into the spacious living and dining room with a table for up to 6 people and direct access to the balcony with a view of the greenery – perfect for unwinding after a day at the trade fair or sightseeing. The sofa can be converted into a bed for two additional guests if needed. A 50-inch HD smart TV with all the usual streaming apps (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime – with your own accounts) provides relaxed evenings. KITCHEN & LAUNDRY Right next door, the fully equipped kitchen is waiting for you: a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, microwave and plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils – ideal for cooking together or preparing a quick breakfast. A modern Nespresso machine with some capsules as well as a small selection of tea is ready for you. For longer stays, the washing machine and dryer, which you can use free of charge, are especially practical. SLEEPING In the evening you retreat to two separate bedrooms, each with a cosy 2 m wide box-spring double bed (king size). If you prefer to sleep separately, the beds can be split into two 1 m single beds – ideal for friends, colleagues or children. Together with the sofa bed in the living room, this provides up to 6 full-size sleeping places. Bed linen, extra blankets and pillows as well as 2 towels per person are provided and included in the price. BATHROOM & GUEST WC In the morning you can decide whether to start the day with a quick shower or take a bit more time in the large bathtub. In the modernised bathroom you will find a hairdryer, towels, shower gel, soap and shampoo. In addition, there is a separate guest WC – very convenient when several people are staying together. WORK & INTERNET If you need to work, high-speed Wi-Fi (ca. 255 Mbit/s) and two desks offer excellent conditions for home office, online meetings or focused work on site. This makes the apartment an ideal choice for business travellers and trade fair visitors who want to combine work and comfortable living. LOCATION & SURROUNDINGS The apartment is located in Bergisch Gladbach-Refrath, just a few minutes’ walk from the tram stop of line 1. Depending on your destination, you can reach Cologne in approx. 10–15 minutes by car/taxi/Uber or in approx. 20–30 minutes by tram (Cathedral, Old Town, trade fair/Deutz, Lanxess Arena). In the immediate vicinity you will find bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and various shops. The location is a perfect base for visiting the Cologne trade fair in Deutz, Cologne city centre, events at the Lanxess Arena, business trips and excursions into the Bergisches Land.
