Enter through your private door into a small living room with comfy sofa & smart TV.. Facilities include a microwave, toaster, fridge & kettle. There is no sink in this room but water & basin in the adjacent private bathroom. Down your hall the bedroom has a king size bed, two East facing windows. Outside there is seating to relax. You have privacy from adjoining cottage, own entrance and locked hallway. NOTE. BnB is part of another cottage. Separate entrance and closed off. The space The space has a living room with dining table & chairs. There is a microwave, toaster, kettle & fridge and air fryer. I’ll provide water in the fridge. TV available in living room. Fresh coffee with cafetière and tea available. Milk will be provided in fridge. I’ll supply continental breakfast, i.e., fresh fruit, brown bread, cereal and yoghurt. Down the hall from the living room is the bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. I’ll provide shampoo, conditioner and soap. Towels are provided. Please note, shower is in bath, so a step into it. Bathroom is private. Next to bathroom is the bedroom with king size bed. Linen is provided. There is a wardrobe and a dressing table. All rooms have central heating. You have your own entrance and a secure private door in the hall for privacy. A Guest access Guests can park near their private entrance to the house. There is a living room which connects to the bedroom & bathroom via a private hall. Other things to note There is no kitchen in the letting, however there is a microwave, air fryer, mini fridge, toaster and kettle available in the living room. I’ve no sink in living room for washing dishes but there is one in the bathroom and I’m happy to wash and return your dishes. I can provide an iron/ironing board if needed. 2 minutes drive to Egan’s Bar for pints & pizza. There are pubs & restaurants in Shillelagh, Tinahely & Clonegall. www egansbar parkbridge com Some firewood provided for the fire pit but buy your own for long nights or extra days!
