Welcome to our apartment with stunning views of the Rheingrafenstein. Relax after an eventful day in the spacious shower or the soothing infrared cabin. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook and the large real wood dining table is the ideal place to enjoy your meals and time together. One parking lot is available and the train station is within walking distance. Experience unforgettable moments. The space The apartment was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2024. You can expect: - a spacious bathroom with a large rain shower (1 m x 1.2 m) and an infrared cabin with deep radiators for 2 people. - A large, well-equipped kitchen with a wide stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (incl. pads), kettle, toaster, orange juicer, microwave and more. - a living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm x 220 cm) and a work area. On the smart TV, you can log in to your streaming provider or watch the freely available satellite channels. - a bedroom with double bed (1.8 m x 2 m) nightstands, sockets on both sides of the bed. Here you can put your shoes and jackets. You will also find a vacuum cleaner and a robot vacuum cleaner here. You are welcome to use this if necessary. We are particularly proud of the homemade, real wood window sills in all rooms ;-). The apartment is equipped with smart fire detectors. These are for your safety and the safety of other residents and the property. In addition to the usual smoke warning function, they provide us with information about the temperature, humidity, air quality, and are equipped with motion detectors and sound level meters. Since we do not live in the building ourselves, we can ensure that problems that occur during vacancy times can be resolved as quickly as possible. Other things to note Tourist tax of €3.50 per night per person is included in the price. This also applies to commercial overnight stays.
