30 min. from Oslo Airport by car. Well-equipped apartment in a quiet, family-friendly area. 15 min. walking distance to the train. (Train takes 38 minutes to Oslo S.) Approximately 45 min by car to Oslo. 15 min. walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy, pizza/Indian/grill and hairdresser. The area has nice hiking opportunities and is close to the outdoor swimming pool "Bader'n" (open June 19 - August 16). Good parking possibilities and possibilities for charging electric cars in the garage. Mesh network. Disney+, Allente, Netflix. Many board games and toys. The space The apartment is a ground floor apartment of 51 square meters. 1 bedroom with 160 cm wide double bed. 1 sofa bed in the living room that turns into a 142 cm wide double bed with a good and soft mattress topper. Washing machine with integrated dryer in the apartment and many toys. We (a family with two girls aged 4 and 7) live on the floor above. In our garden there is a trampoline, playhouse, swing set, slide, sandpit, as well as mini game tables (including chess, checkers, backgammon, table tennis, shuffleboard, hockey, curling, bowling, football, mini billiards, tic-tac-toe, playing cards and stick hockey) that guests with children can freely use during their stay. There is also a large playground just meters away. There is a separate, small garden outside the apartment bordered by a fence. A large grill with equipment available. The property is very child-friendly with a gate in front of the stairs and suitable for small children/infants. High chair for toddlers, baby bath and travel cot for children included in the apartment. Our kind Ragdoll female cat may come by to visit the apartment if the opportunity arises. Just let us know and we'll pick her up! Rånåsfoss Family Bath "Bader'n" is open in the summer months and is within walking distance of the apartment (2 min. by car, 18 min. walking distance). As long as we have the opportunity, we will gladly come and pick up guests at the train station if needed. (It is about 15 min. away by foot, 2 min. by car.) Guest access Guests use the entire apartment and a sheltered garden. Private entrance and parking in the courtyard (or in the garage with possibilities for charging an electric car by appointment.) Other things to note Some noise from two girls of 4 and 7 years must be expected when they are free from school/kindergarten. But if it becomes too disturbing, just send us a message or knock on the door, and we will do what we can to mute the sounds of play! We also have a very friendly and social female cat named Lila who may come to visit the apartment to say hello if the occasion arises. Pets can be allowed as guests by appointment. No partying and no smoking in the apartment allowed.
