This is the perfect place to getaway with those you love to disconnect and just have fun together. The space Property has 3 individual villas, each villa is fully equipped with everything you need! It is the perfect property to share together with friends and/or family but also have your own privacy in each villa. Villa 1 : 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining room and personal balcony. Villa 2: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living room, dining room and personal balcony. Villa 3: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, Laundry room, front porch and personal outdoor area with BBQ, outdoor dining table and Fire pit. Shared spaces/amenities include: - Pool (30'x45') 6ft max. depth - Gazebo (12'x12') with picnic tables - Beach Tennis/ Volleyball court. The Property is equipped with a Backup Generator for power outages. Other things to note Pool Maintenance: Scheduled for every week, twice a week. - Mondays 9am - Thursdays 9am * Pool Maintenance person only has access to the pool area to do maintenance and keep the pool in optimal conditions for our guests. Insects and wildlife: - Although we service our units monthly against pests to make sure there are no bugs or pests are inside the units, the property is located up in the countryside, home to millions of critters. Lizards & Coqui (PR native little frog) are very common to see on the property and not at all harmful. * If you don't like any kind of critter, this is not the place for you.
