LIVING ROOM: No air conditioning, but an electric fan will be provided. KITCHEN: Equipped with basic utensils and cooking equipment. DINING: 6-seater dining table. ENTERTAINMENT: TV with Netflix. PARKING: 1 paid parking space available for Php 400 per night. Guest access POOL ACCESS Standard Access: Each unit is allowed to have 2 guests use the pool. Additional Guests: If you have more than 2 guests who wish to use the pool, there will be an additional fee of Php 500 per person. GYM Access: The gym is not accessible to short-term guests. Long-Term Guests: A monthly fee is required for access by long-term guests. Other things to note HOUSEKEEPER: Location: Our housekeepers stay in the room next to the kitchen. Privacy: This room is always locked, and it has a separate entrance to ensure your privacy. HOUSE RULES No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Registered Guests Only: Only guests who have been registered are allowed in the building. HOUSEKEEPING: Long-Term Guests (3 days or more): Room cleaning and towel changes are provided every 3 days. Short-Term Guests (1-2 days): Room cleaning and towel changes are done at check-out. OTHER FEES Non-Overnight Guest Fee: Php 200 per person, per night for non-registered guests. Overnight Guest Fee: Php 500 per person, per night for overnight guests. Parking Fee: Php 400 per day for one parking slot (suitable for small to medium cars only).
