It consists of an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, and a small balcony. Both rooms have comfortable closets and drawers. The apartment is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and blankets and quilts. Linens (sheets and towels) are included. In the large, tree-lined garden of the Residence, you will find an area dedicated to the little ones with houses, slides and swings; areas reserved for barbecues; a bowling alley but above all lots of greenery. In the Residence there are 3 large garages as well as outdoor parking areas. A free shuttle service to the old town is available. The concierge service is available 24 hours a day. In addition to the washing machine inside the apartment, there is also a laundry service in the Residence, including a washing machine and dryer, for a cost of €7 (detergents are not included). Inside the Residence, there are areas dedicated to play for children, teenagers and adults. Guest access Once you arrive at the Residence, you can get the doormen to give you the key to Casa StePa and then return it to them on the day of departure. You will find a second key inside the apartment. IMPORTANT: in case of loss of the key, we will be forced to charge you 25 euros.
