The space 🏡 THE SPACE My apartment is large, cozy and full of light, located on the third floor of a 1960s building without an elevator. Although very close to the center, the neighborhood is lively and authentic, ideal for immersing yourself in the Lecce experienced by the locals. I offer a simple and authentic stay, reminiscent of the original spirit of Airbnb, far from the formality of a hotel or the confusion of a hostel, with 3 single rooms completely dedicated to guests. I live here with my child, a peaceful and very calm child. The layout of the rooms is designed to ensure the perfect balance between your privacy and sharing the house. 🌿 SHARED SPACES KITCHEN: Available for simple vegetarian preparations. I kindly request that you not bring in or cook meat and fish to keep the environment fresh and free of persistent odors. I ask that the kitchen not be mistaken for a living room, so that everyone can enjoy a morning coffee or a meal in complete privacy. BATHROOM: Bright and well-maintained, shared by a maximum of 4 people. RESPECT: I trust everyone will cooperate in leaving the shared areas clean immediately after use.
