Small, friendly, family run B&B. Short walk from the town centre, lake, cinema & theatre. We are unable to accept infants & children. We serve a hearty breakfast ( included in the price ) to set you up for the day before you go on one of the many walks on the doorstep. The Theatre By The Lake is definitely worth a visit. You can get a discount on your tickets using our Ambassador code. Please ask us about it. We have run Hawcliffe House for 25 years & enjoy welcoming guests, old and new. The space The room has a superking size bed but it can be made into twin beds. Please let me know when booking. The room has tea & coffee making facilities and some choccy biscuits. The room has a hairdryer and large TV. This room is on the second floor, at the front of the house. You have your own ensuite shower room with complimentary toiletries, shower cap and sewing kit. We also provide fluffy towels. Please do not use any facial or hair products that will bleach our towels or we will have to charge you for replacements. We are happy to supply you with an older towel if needed. Please note that this is a B&B and there are no cooking facilities available for guests own use. We also have a second room listed which is on the first floor. Hawcliffe House B&B Room 2 Guest access The bedroom is on the second floor. Breakfast will be served in the dining room on the ground floor. We also have a room on the first floor, also listed During your stay We are on hand if you need help with anything. We are happy to recommend walks, places to eat and visit. Please don't hesitate to ask us. Other things to note We are known for our full English breakfast. Our dry cured bacon and sausage are made in Keswick by our lovely butcher , Bomber. We can also do a lighter breakfast and cater for most dietary needs. We have fresh orange, fresh fruit, yogurts, a selection of cereals and as much toast as you can eat. Breakfast is included .
