Welcome to Gria Kerten Villa, a hidden gem in Solo. Our villa boasts 3 comfy bedrooms with private pool ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. Strategically situated next to Solo’s main commercial avenue, Jalan Slamet Riyadi, 5 minutes from Purwosari Train Station, and just minutes away from Kampung Batik Laweyan, Manahan Stadium, Solo Square, Solo Grand Mall, Lokananta Bloc, with countless eateries nearby. Stay with us for an authentic experience in the heritage city of Java. The space Our villa features three tastefully appointed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. All of the bedrooms have direct access to the private pool and open seating terrace. There is a mini pantry equipped with microwave, fridge and water dispenser and an extra bathroom for exclusive use of villa’s guests. All bedrooms are equipped with king sized beds, air conditioner, TV, wardrobe and desk. The spacious master bedroom is furnished with seating area and exotic outdoor bathtub. The villa can fit maximum 6 adults and 3 children under 12 years old. Guest access The villa is located within a guest house compound that has a common seating lounge in a traditional joglo setting with sharing kitchen, garden with fish pond, and on site parking area to be shared with other guests. However the 3 bedroom villa with its private pool is for your exclusive use. Other things to note Please note that we do not provide extra beds on our property. Basic cleaning is provided every 3 days (sweeping & mopping). Bedsheets and towels replacement is done on weekly basis. Breakfast is available for purchase. POLICY: - 2 nights minimum stay - NO SHOOTING or commercial purposes - NO PARTIES and DRUGS: Please refrain from hosting parties to respect our neighbours' tranquillity - Check-in time after 15:00 pm - Check-out time before 11:00 am - Early check-in and late check-out will incur extra surcharge when available - Any check-ins before 7am will be considered as D-1 Extension, so please kindly extend your booking 1 day early to accommodate your request - Any check-outs after 7pm will be charged at a full day's nightly room rate - Fireworks are prohibited - Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas - Switch off AC, electricity and water while not in use - Parking is provided within the premises. No parking allowed along the street. - Missing or broken items are chargeable, we will deduct from the security deposit - Keys will be handed in during check-in & guests must check-out in person to return the keys
