Charming Secluded Bungalow with River Views

Our charming little bungalow is tucked away in a corner of the equally charming town of Pateros. Perfect as a central location for local sightseeing, golfing, and outdoor recreation, or spending your days on the porch with your favorite drink and person watching the eagles and osprey over the beautiful Methow River. The space This little gem is tucked away on the far side of town, yet is still within the city limits. It’s surrounded by trees and shrubs, making it secluded from the road and neighbors. The front of the bungalow is open to views of Billygoat Mountain, Methow River, and nearby foothills. Osprey, golden and bald eagles are a few of the frequent bird sightings and can be seen while relaxing in one of the comfy chairs on the front patio. A local tennis court and small beach area is a few minutes walk away. Our wonderful local bakery is about a 3 minute drive away, or if you’re up for a stroll, the walk on the River Trail along the Columbia is always worth it and will take you there as well. By the way, the brownies are my favorite! Guest access You’ll have the entire bungalow to yourself! There is a shop and a garden shed on the property that are not currently available for guest use. The driveway is long and narrow and on the side of a hill. Because of this and limited parking spaces, vehicles need to be limited to no more than two. The inside is single level, but the kitchen and dining area is elevated by about four inches, so there is a step up into those spaces of the same height. Other things to note Please be aware that there is about a 4 inch step up into the kitchen/dining area that could be an issue for certain individuals.
