Other things to note No shoes are allowed in this facility. 【Submission of Guest Registry Information】 According to the regulations of the Japanese Hotel Business Act, all guests staying at accommodation facilities are required to submit the following information in order to create a guest registry: Name, nationality, address, contact information, and passport number of the guest. A photo showing the full passport page. A photo showing the guest's face along with their passport photo (for identity verification). If you have an address within Japan, submission of an ID/passport is not required. If you are unable to submit this information, we may have to refuse your stay. However, we will provide information upon legal request from judicial bodies, such as courts or the police, and administrative agencies as required by law. 【Regarding Shortening Stay Duration and Changing Dates】 If it is within 48 hours of booking confirmation and more than one week before check-in: → We accept this. We will refund the difference resulting from the shortening or date change. If it is less than one week before check-in: → You will be charged 50% of the cost for the days that have been shortened or rescheduled.
