The space The apartment is a spacious two-bedroom apartment for couples, small families, and friends in the heart of Stellenbosch. The double-volume roof and large windows fill the space with sunlight. It is surrounded by a large patio which is perfect for morning coffees or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Both bedrooms have queen beds and ample cupboard space. Please note that the second bedroom is in the loft and does not have a door. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, stove, fridge-freezer, and smart-microwave. The open-plan living area has a large TV room, dining table, and bar fridge. The patio includes a Weber braai. The entire building is covered during loadshedding. This means plugs, lights, wifi, AC and appliances are all good to go. Guest access Full Access to the apartment. Certain cupboards will be lockets with the owners personal belongings. There is a racing simulator in the loft. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE RACING SIMULATOR. Guests will be held liable for any damage. Other things to note ACCESS TO PARKING: - Turn left out of Plein Street into the parking lot (just after the Decameron Restaurant) - Mention to the security guard that you are an Airbnb Guest and have parking inside the basement parking. - You will first need to get your keys and parking remote from the lockbox, proceed to undercover parking - Proceed to turn left, down into the underground parking. - Use the remote controller to open the garage door. Park close to the gate to get the signal PARKING BAY: - Enter Basement Parking - 3rd Parking on your left (Between two yellow pillars) - Number 23 - Labelled "Decameron 14" ACCESS TO BUILDING: - Please search for the access door that takes you to the elevator - Walk back toward the garage door and the large generator. - Turn Right - You should find the access door with the elevator on your right. - Please use the tag on your keys on the biometric pad to open the door. - The apartment is on the 2nd floor ACCESS TO APARTMENT: - Exit elevator to the left - Follow the corridor all the way to the end - You will find apartment number 14 on your left
