Close to all stores in Eugene and Springfield. This is an awesome location. Home has 3 bedrooms upstairs, bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. Downstairs has a huge bedroom with its own bathroom and an additional day bed. walk down the deck to the nice hot tub and fenced back yard. The space Two floors! bottom floor has large bedroom a daybed and a large 2 headed shower. Upstairs has kitchen, dining, bathroom with bath tub, 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a living room. Even though guets have reported on the liking of decor and cleanliness. I want to be sure and note that this is an older home: The counters are unique tile but show signs of cracks, We have ordered new grannite countertops but we are on the wait list, the deck looks as it was built with rough cut lumber and slightly uneven in places. Fun fact this house was designed by Architectural students from UofO in the 70s so don't expect a cookie cutter home. Guest access The entire home and yard is private for you to use. Yard is fenced with the hot tub. Bikes are also for guest use Other things to note Again this is an older home. We always try to keep the hot tub hot and working great however there are rare times when the hot tub might be down because of repair or cleaning.
